Students- Request for input on Mount Allison University's Website Redesign Project

Cundari is helping create Mt. A's new website. Help Mt. A by providing your input to them.
Hi everybody,

I'd like to relay a message sent this afternoon to all students in case you're not checking your webmail often this summer. There's a chance to provide input to the website design firm who was hired to help create a new website for the school. Your views will help form, at this early stage, how the website will be built. I'm leaving Sackville on May 15th so I cannot attend but I really hope you can. It's a really important project for the school, you get Mt A swag, and the free coffee is a great boost to any morning. Providing my input to the University's branding project was my first interaction with the communications department and look where it got me. I really hope you'll help:

At 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16, representatives from Cundari, the consultants hired to work on the project, will be on campus to facilitate a 1.5-hour session designed to help understand how you (students) use our web, the information and services you want, and the challenges you face with the current site.

Your input is critical to providing a web site that is effective for current and prospective students.

We expect an interesting and lively discussion and, of course, will we will provide refreshments. To ensure adequate time to express yourselves, participation is limited to 12 registrants. As a thanks for your help, you can have your pick of swag: A Mount A pen, coffee mug, or t-shirt.

To register, please send an e-mail expressing your intent to participate to: tfrost@mta.ca. Include your program, year, and hometown. The deadline for registration is Thursday, May 10.

More information on the project is available at www.mta.ca/web.

Regards,
